This simulation laboratory is designed to model spacebased surveillance systems within a complete surveillance architecture, including airborne and surface-based sensors. The capability can be used either off-line in a stand-alone mode or within a real-time distributed simulation environment in conjunction with other simulators such as the commercial product "Satellite Tool Kit." The simulation laboratory has been demonstrated with models for space-based radar, synthetic aperture radar, high-frequency surface-wave radar, and ground and airborne-based radars for the purpose of sensor integration and surveillance architecture analysis.
